Discovery is free. The engagement that follows is a fixed fee for an agreed outcome, not a meter running against your matter. After that, stay on a retainer or call us when you need us. We would rather get your firm where it is going than bill you by the hour.

What you get.
Four to six weeks of work, in person or remote, ending in a system you own end to end. We do the install, build the first Skills and workflows around your practice, and sit with you through real matters. We agree the outcome upfront and work to it.

How we work together.
We build in your environment, not ours. The machines are yours, the Anthropic account is in your firm’s name, and everything we write lands in your files under your control. You bring live matters, we build against them, and your team learns to run and change the work as we go.
If something bigger surfaces mid-engagement, we say so and scope it honestly rather than quietly absorbing it. Nothing is built that you cannot read, edit, or hand to someone else.
Done properly, you could carry on without us. Most firms choose not to. That is the point.

How we work together.
A weekly check in for the first quarter, then biweekly. We watch what you flag, we sharpen what is fuzzy, we add what you ask for. We are not on retainer to log hours. We are on retainer to make your library compound.
A retainer makes sense when you are running real matters with the system. If you are not yet, do not buy one.
What you keep when we are gone.
Every Skill is a Markdown file. Every script is a small piece of code. Both live on your machine and in your private repository. If you fire us tomorrow, you keep all of it. Nothing is encrypted, nothing is licensed back to you, nothing requires a phone call to access. The work is yours.
If Anthropic changes pricing or policies, the Skills mostly carry to other models. The patterns are portable. The lock in is zero.
